Job Description:

As a Cardiac Radiology Technologist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the special needs of patients undergoing interventional angiography/cardiac procedures. The Technologist provides direct patient care specific to their discipline, to include basic monitoring, assisting the physician with invasive radiographic procedures, and documenting appropriately. Key responsibilities include:

   • Functions under minimal level of direct supervision. Requires a confident individual to carry out activities necessary to achieve desired results with minimal direction by supervisor. 
   
   
   
   





2. Education and Experience:
   
   
   
   • Must have 1+ years of recent Cath Lab Rad Tech  experience.
   
   
   
   





3. Certifications:
   
   
   
   • CA RT Certification required
   
   
   
   
   
   • BLS and ACLS Certification required.
   
   
   
   





4. Other requirements:
   
   
   
   • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
   
   
   
   

This position requires a dynamic cardiology Rad technician to perform EKG, echocardiogram, and phonocardiogram tests on cardiology patients, as well as assisting doctors with non-invasive procedures. You will need Degree from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology. Prior experience as a Cardiac Cath lab Rad Technologist and additional certifications in diagnostics are highly desirable.
